Who knew this is how I would start my work week? I walk in to the office and the early crew is working their magic. I load up on coffee and get settled into my desk.
The music we listen to in the office is courtesy of Sirius/XM Satellite Radio. The channel the early crew began the day with was the 80’s Channel. All I can say is WOW!!!! For a while there, it felt like I was listening to that Total 80’s infomercial from 1990-92 era, as we were treated with one hit after another. I heard ‘Like a Virgin’, three times before lunch. Here’s a list of the first 5 songs I heard today:
1. Electric Avenue - Eddy Grant Eddy was born in the Caribbean nation of Guyana in 1948.

3. Footloose - Kenny Loggins This was not the only Loggins song to make an appearance on today’s setlist. I’m Alright, and Playing with the Boys, received airtime as well.
4. Never Gonna Give You Up - Rick Astley Really? Have you seen this guy? OK, have you matched his voice up to his face? Everyone in the office was sure Billy Ocean sang this song. Well everyone except one. 4 out of 5 colleagues agreed this was Billy’s tune. All I’m saying is Rick Astley’s face doesn’t fit his voice.
